In the first trimester of each year, Boland TVET College has a New Student Registration period for students who wish to commence their studies in the second semester. The information and documents listed below will assist prospective students interested in studying at Boland TVET College in the upcoming academic year.
ENDORSEMENT REQUIREMENTS: Prospective new students must be endorsed by an Educational Advisor from a recognised tertiary institution. NEW STUDENT REGISTRATION: To register as a new student at Boland TVET College, you will need to submit the following documents:
- An application form which can be downloaded from our website or requested from Admissions Services; – Proof of age (e.g. birth certificate);
- Proof of identity (e.g. driver’s license);
- Evidence of secondary school completion;
- Current Education Record;
- A letter of endorsement from your school advisor; and

SEMESTER TIMING
SEMESTER TIMING Semesters at Boland TVET College run from February to December. The first semester begins in early February and ends in mid-December; the second semester starts in early January and ends in late December.
ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS
To be eligible for admission, prospective students must have successfully completed the relevant secondary school programme or equivalent, or have a Certificate of Education (CoE) or Higher Certificate of Education (HCE). Applicants must also be endorsed by an Educational Advisor from a recognised tertiary institution.

BOLAND TVET COLLEGE ADMISSIONS:
NEW STUDENT REGISTRATION DEADLINE: Students who wish to commence their studies in the second trimester at Boland TVET College must register as new students during a designated period held at the beginning of each year. This year’s 2nd Semester New Student Registration will take place on Monday 21st July through to Friday 25th July 2022. Please note that late registrations are possible but will incur additional costs so please make sure to register on time.
